Major agents in social adaptation to work in Russian youth: assessment of social adaptation potential

The paper considered the social adaptation potential for the major agents of social adaptation to work in Russian youth through the prism of crisis phenomena that determine operation of the entire social adaptation framework in the contemporary Russia. Shaping creative abilities being the subject of great contemporary concern while social adaptation to work, as these personal merit properties are called for in a successful self-fulfillment in the occupation and career.
