Key aspects of tourism and recreation cluster in southern Russia

The relevance of this study is due to the fact that the dynamic development of the tourism cluster, corresponding to world level leads to a qualitative change in the sphere of tourism in the regions of Russia. The article describes the basic premises that lead to the strengthening of the role of tourism innovation, noted the need for a qualitative transformation of the Russian economy, in terms of increasing the investment attractiveness, increase incomes, improve its standard of living, allows you to actively use the social and cultural potential of the Southern region.
