Main aspects of the labor potential of the road industry organization

The main purpose of personnel management in the organization is to use with the greatest efficiency of its potential to achieve the goals of the organization. The labor potential of the organization is a set of conditions that ensure the implementation of the labor potential of a particular employee, as well as a new quality that arises from the purposeful joint activity of employees and groups.
