The main purpose of personnel management in the organization is to use with the greatest efficiency of its potential to achieve the goals of the organization. The labor potential of the organization is a set of conditions that ensure the implementation of the labor potential of a particular employee, as well as a new quality that arises from the purposeful joint activity of employees and groups. Management of labor potential is a process of purposeful influence on the employees of the organization as an integral system, based on the analysis of data on the formation, implementation and development of labor resources in the interests of ensuring the efficiency of the organization of the road industry and its further development. Management of labor potential of the road industry begins with the analysis, which is designed to reveal the changes in labor potential under the influence of various factors, as well as to show how efficiently the potential is used and the degree of its compliance with the needs of the organization. In the article the technology of management of labour potential of the organization, whose activity relates to the road sector, given the qualitative characteristics of labour potential of enterprises of the road transport sector, it evaluation methods, and analyzes the role of labor potential of the organization in the effective activity of the enterprise.
