The article describes the process of resettlement in the 20th and 20th centuries in order to develop new lands. In the process, the issues of construction of new irrigation networks, expansion of cotton fields, relocation of new lands, as well as the benefits provided to the population and resettlement policy were studied on the basis of scientific literature and archival materials.
