Demographic attitudes and social values of modern youth are one of the few topics discussed not only among specialists, but also by the general public. The developing of a young family is accompanied with the formation of a worldview and basic norms, values and life guidelines, as well as life orientations. However, young families are often in a relatively difficult situation. Firstly, often the formation of a family in young people coincides with professional education and self-affirmation. In addition, spouses in young families, as a rule, do not yet have experience in regulating and strengthening marital relations, which makes young families quite vulnerable, subject to a serious risk of disintegration [2]. In this regard, it is necessary to improve the social state policy in relation to young families, the content of which should be support (material, social), as well as the formation of a model of behavior accepted in this society, taking into account traditional Russian values (birth and upbringing of children, respect for the elderly, honoring parents) to strengthen the status of the family in our country. To achieve a more effective result, state policy should be based on the results of deep comprehensive studies of the life of young families, and also take into account the experience of other countries, the practice of supporting young families in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
