Main factors of the infringing tendencies and offences committed by juveniles with mental retardation

The article deals with the main factors of the infringing tendencies and offences committed by juveniles with mental retardation diagnosis. The author considers impact of the idiophrenic psychosis and social factors on the commitment of the offences by the persons with intellectual retardation. The researches have shown, that the offences committed by the juveniles with mental retardation are determined by combination of biological and social factors.
