Major factors of distribution of terrorism and methods counteraction of her ideology

In article the most effective measures directed to the prevention of terrorist attacks and fight against the international terrorism are considered. Characteristics of the external and internal, power and legal measures applied in fight against the international terrorism are analysed. Basic reasons of its origin are established, and it is proved need of combination of efforts of all world community for the purpose of a victory over a form of this "protestarny" behavior.
