The main factors of cultural tourism development in the Russian regions (case study of the Tula region)

The article considers the factors influencing development of cultural tourism in the Tula region. The authors believe the main factors are: the cultural heritage of the region, the modern Russian culture, the global culture, the value systems of tourists, branding and advertising, workforce, cluster approach to tourism development in the Russian regions, tourism ethics.
