Major forms of collective farm production in Kuban and Stavropole regions in the years of Great Patriotic War (years 1941 to 1945)

The paper considers major forms for state-owned farms production in the Kuban and Stavropole regions in the years of Great Patriotic War. The main point of challenges the state farms faced in operation while handling personnel and facilities/ logistics has been revealed, the study presents a description of forms and methods of increase of labour productivity while reorganizing work on a war footing and rehabilitation of agriculture.
