Sport and physical education : social orientation

The author of the article focuses on the social conditioning of such phenomena as physical culture and sports, gives reasons for the need to develop state policy, noting that sports and physical culture have the necessary functionality and basic tools for the subsequent development of these phenomena as means of conducting a meaningful social policy.
