The author considers the expenditure part of the budget of the Chechen Republic, presents the main characteristics and factors that have both a positive and a negative impact on it. The author emphasizes that the budget of the republic is socially oriented, the largest part of the budget expenditures is occupied by the costs of education, health care and social policy.
