Basic concepts of culture by N. S. Trubetskoy within the context of the philosophy of Eurasianism

In the making of the global reality Russia should act as a consolidating principle for establishing harmonious interactions among cultures of ethnic communities living within the borders of the former Soviet Union, thereby preventing inter-ethnic conflicts already existent between them. In this relation cultural-philosophic ideas of the Eurasian heritage from N. S. Trubetskoy which have been brought to light in this paper may appear in the capacity of constructive suggestions for carrying on ethno specific and cultural policy in Russia being Eurasia.
