The main stages of digitalization of enterprise's logistics activities

The article considers the problem of the lack of scientific development and practical recommendations for the step-by-step implementation of a fundamentally new digital model for managing an enterprise's logistics activity. A conceptual stages implementation model of enterprise's logistics digitalization is presented, taking into account the prospects and the general logic of the introduction of digital technologies. The step-by-step digital transformation concept is based on the consistent increase in the functionality of modern digital tools in order to create interconnected, integrated logistics processes that can be controlled without human intervention.
