The main stages and the concept of reforming the civil service of the Russian Federation in modern conditions

The article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of reforming the civil service of the Russian Federation in modern conditions. The main stages, conceptual approaches and directions of modernization of the institute of public administration are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the analysis of judicial practice on issues of civil service, and specific examples of court decisions are considered. Based on the conducted research, key problems have been identified and promising areas for improving the civil service in the context of digital transformation have been identified.
