Only at the end of the 20 th century, veterinary anatomy turned into science due to, on the one hand, the conscious need for regional and federal authorities to open an agricultural university in the Tyumen region, and, on the other hand, the invitation to the university of the anatomist Yu.F. Yudichev, who created the base of regional scientific veterinary anatomy and left behind a scientific school not only in Tyumen, but also in Omsk. In this connection, the study of the development of veterinary anatomy in the region and the contribution of Yu.F. Yudichev in the formation of this scientific industry is important and significant. In 1879, the first student enrollment at the real AlexanderSchool was made. On December 1, 1959, by order of the main department of agricultural universities of the Ministry of Agriculture of the RSFSR, a department of anatomy and histology was organized as part of the zootechnical faculty. The first head is the candidate of veterinary sciences Yuri Fedorovich Yudichev. We can distinguish such types of activities of the scientist as: Educationalmethodical - textbooks on various issues of anatomy and a textbook for veterinary faculties developed and published, written in conjunction with Professor A. I. Akayevsky. Pedagogical, scientific and scientific-methodical work - his works restored the skeletons of a woolly rhinoceros and mammoth. Yudichev repeatedly represented domestic science and his personal achievements at international congresses of morphologists and at world veterinary congresses. The last scientific direction appeared thanks to the scientist-morphologist, Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation, Professor Yu.F. Yudichev, who was able to create a scientific school both in Tyumen and in Omsk.
