Main stages of business process reengineering implementation

The methodology of reengineering successfully reaches the level of demand for optimizing business processes of innovation-oriented enterprises. Implementation of reengineering measures requires adaptation to different sectors of the economy. The requirements that have arisen are determined by the need to find effective management solutions. The article presents the main stages of reengineering, which form the innovative image of the enterprise, its main guidelines, which are interrelated with the adopted strategy. When creating a model of a future innovation-oriented enterprise, a detailed description of all its operations is carried out, the results of the analysis of the organizational environment are evaluated, the totality of the enterprise’s innovation system, production and intellectual potential are studied, outdated processes are redesigned, with complex analytical measures and evaluation of causal relationships between existing business processes, a new optimal system is created. Application of direct engineering methods, through the creation of new systems, the development of regulatory documentation is aimed at the implementation of software tools. A single information space for the analysis and evaluation of innovative and financial and economic activities of an enterprise is one of the urgent tasks for which it is advisable to use information modeling tools. The modification of business processes in high-tech enterprises is associated with multitasking and risks, which is why the elasticity of the transition from one stage to another is determined by the level of preparation of all reengineering activities.
