Main criminological indicators of the criminal group driven by ideas of social justice

Introduction: the paper describes problematics of violent crimes, which are committed by anti-social behavior groups on the grounds of social justice and arguments for a detachment of the separate group of crimes are adduced. Materials and Methods: in the course of the research following methods were used: rather-legal, logical-legal, methods of statistical data processing and a questionnaire. Results: basic criminological indexes of the state, dynamics and structure of such encroachments and also difficulties to separate this category of crime from the general quantity of violent crimes, which often lead to impunity of guilty and conduce to an uptick in violence, are identified. Discussion and Conclusions: the analysis of quantitative and qualitative sides of the concerned type of crime shows a significant number of existent problems. On the assumption of this the author offers to keep an additional record for this type of crime separately from other violent encroachments.
