Basic principles for estimation of the Siberian natural ecosystem technogenic disturbances and damages

5-point classification of the ecological system technogenic disturbance is offered by the authors of the article. The damage is represented as cost of the lost resource which is calculated according to the determined standards. Thus the costs of the primary and derivative ecosystems are considered as mutually compensating.
