The main employment motives of young people

The purpose of the research is identification of the employment motives of the young people in Russia and the Krasnodar Krai. The majority of graduate students do not work according to the received profession. It is explained by not only a labor market oversupply on some professions, but also by the purpose the youth pursue when look for a job. The article compares employment motives with motives of the profession choice. The undertaken study shows the aspiration of the young people for not interesting, but well-paid job. The first-priority motive of the job placement is focus on the financial benefit.
