Problems of realization of the principle of independence in the relationship between advocacy and the state

Purpose: Define the basic principles of the organization and activities of the advocacy in the USSR. Methodology: Dialectical and historical legal methods were used. Results: The Soviet legislation on the legal profession is gradually considered in this article. The author examines the dynamics of the development of legal regulation of the most important issues of the organization.
