The main directions of non-waste and low-waste technologies

The authors offer recommendations for application of non-waste and low-waste technologies in industry connected with the necessity of reduction of their amounts and elimination of harmful effects on the environment. Non-waste and low-waste technologies provide comprehensive processing of raw materials, which will enable the efficient use of natural resources, minimize waste and eliminate their anthropogenic impact on the environment. Some characteristics of production and consumption wastes and techniques used for the introduction of non-waste and low-waste technologies are presented.
