Main trends in the activities of protestant communities of the Altai krai

The article is devoted to the analysis of main trends in the activities of Protestant communities of the Altai Krai. A number of reasons and factors promoting religious re-orientation of the region and Protestantism striking roots in the present day Russian society, forms and mechanisms of social activities of Protestant religious organisations are considered.
