Main directions and mechanisms of the development of public-private partnerships in the field of culture

The article analyzes the experience of PPP projects implementation in the sphereof culture from 2000 to the present. The authors suggest a classification of types ofPPP projects in relation to this area. The main investment objects to implementPPP projects of socio-cultural nature are revealed. On the basis of the conductedanalysis the main problems identified, and basic directions of PPP developmentin the regional sphere of culture are proposed. Consequently, the authors justifythe structure, content and specifics of development of governance arrangements inthe sphere of culture. The authors consider mechanisms and instruments for theirimplementation at the following levels: functional, institutional, investment supportand public information support to the projects.
