Main directions of development of cooperation of production complexes of Sakhalin region and countries of North-Eastern Asia

The article analyzes the main directions of international cooperation of the regional administration. This cooperation should develop in order to increase the investment attractiveness of the region, therefore, should, first of all, be of an economic nature. The lack of an opportunity to achieve proportionality of regional production due to objective factors (demographic, natural, infrastructural and other) is compensated for through interregional cooperation.
