Main directions of restructuring of the airline

The article discusses the stages of the airline restructuring process and the difference in approaches to this process. The types of business processes are described: improvement, restructuring, reengineering. The analysis of the totality of indicators of the external and internal environment of the enterprise, their alignment and misalignment to determine the development strategy is carried out. A functional diagram of the restructuring process is provided. The directions of innovative strategies generalizing the model of actions to achieve the set goals are considered.
