Main directions of social work of the power company: condition and expectations

Today, the issues of social work are becoming more and more relevant for organizations of the fuel and energy complex. Modern realities demand from companies not only economic efficiency and compliance with legislation, but also responsibility on the part of organizations from a social point of view. The social work of companies is not just satisfaction of public demand; through social responsibility, companies are able to fulfill internal demands and achieve their goals. The social work of organizations is beneficial to all stakeholders. That is why this issue is so relevant today. This article examines the main issues of social work of power companies, on the example of the company PJSC “Inter RAO”. Also, the issue of the current state of areas of social work and expectations from companies in the electric power industry were studied.
