Basic parameters of innovation regional clusters in the Russian Federation

In this article the analysis of key parameters of development of innovative territorial clusters is carried out. During the analysis definitions of innovative territorial clusters of various authors are considered, the purpose of formation of innovative clusters is formulated and loudspeakers of indicators of development of these clusters are considered.
