Basic parameters of employment in agriculture of a region

The paper defines the basic parameters of employment in agriculture of the Republic of Mordovia. Indicators of the numerical composition of laborers at agricultural enterprises and of those working on small family and peasant farms are analyzed, as well as wages, etc. On the basis of the analysis of indicators of labor reallocation between activities, attractiveness of the investigated industry for workers and security of employment are revealed.
