The article deals with the development business that in Russian business life, in contrast to the conventional construction, means a slightly different type of business associated with qualitative transformation of the property. The author considers the main stages of the development business and the measures aimed at improvement of the financial condition of construction businesses, defines the objective of automated control over the order processing and the requirement for advanced professional training of workers. The process of sequential creation of the construction company's brand and the main problems of budgeting system are discussed.
