The article deals with the problem of children's homelessness and neglect in modern Russia and the ways to its permission. The concepts of “children’s homelessness" and “neglect" are disclosed, the normative and legal base, dedicated to this problem, is considered, the reasons for the emergence of the children's homelessness and neglect are pointed out.
