Summary of legislation concerning the information on objects of land included into state cadastre of real estate property

The paper analyzes the legal provisions governing the introduction of the state real estate cadastre information in the order of information interaction. Studied the order of preparation and the status of the documents required for the implementation of this interaction. The authors concluded that the need to resolve the order of preparation of electronic documents in cases when no form of the document on paper for them.
