Basic fiscal and monetary postulates of Azerbaijan policy under transformation national economy

The article is devoted to urgent problems of the national economy of Azerbaijan, especially the transformation of the country's economy according to the new economic policy of the state to reduce the dependence of the economy on the oil sector due to the development of the non-oil sector: industry, agriculture, entrepreneurial activity, tourism, infrastructure, etc. The article presents the views on the implementation of the new economic policy of the state by instruments or mechanisms of fiscal and monetary policy.
