The basic principles of the formation of undergraduates'' Personal health improvement exercises

The article deals with the topical problem that is the identification of the beginning of the breakdown of undergraduates' adaptation. The issues of identifying the pre-existing disease condition of undergraduates and its main features are considered as well as the pedagogical components and stages of formation of undergraduates' personal health improvement exercises. The paper presents the results of the survey as one of the key means of the pedagogical experiment, the results of which are used to identify a group of students in a preexisting disease condition. The authors present the main features of undergraduates' pre-existing disease condition. On the basis of these results, they give some practical recommendations on the formation of undergraduates' personal health improvement exercises.
