Underlying principles and models of preventive management of hydrounits with an allowance their operational condition

The article is devoted to development of methods and models of formalization of the qualitative information on an operational status of the equipment working at station. The received estimations of operational reliability of the equipment can be used for decision-making in operative management. Management of such complex power objects as hydroelectric power stations, always are solved by means of the person (the person, who are making a decision, the shift man of station). At operative management the dispatcher or the shift man of station should keep, analyze and make a decision on the big circle of questions as management is conducted in changing operating conditions. Underestimation of one situations and reassessment of others can lead to infringement of reliability and profitability of the working equipment, and in some cases, to accident. Example Sayano-Shushenskaya hydroelectric power station in this case is rather convincing. It is necessary to create systems of support of decision-making for the real help in the shift man`s management. Such system is presented in this article. It serves for support of decision-making by the shift man of station at change of an operational status of its equipment. The system is based on two fundamental positions: 1. Use by the shift man the preventive management, allowing to make a decision beforehand. 2. Construction of system of support of decision-making on the basis of the theory of the fuzzy sets, giving the uniform description of all operational parameters at change of operating modes of station. Preventive management is such kind of management where the decision is accepted on a time when change of parameter has left a nominal range, but has not reached critical value at which there is an emergency disconnect of the hydro unit. Using data of relay protection and regime automatics, it is possible to construct membership functions which will characterize the importance of each operational parameter. In article the received results are stated and an example is brought for parameters of deterioration of an operational status of the block transformer.
