The main principles of constitutional economics in Russia

Article presents the main constitutional principles and guarantees governing the basic conditions for the market economy development. The Russian Constitution assigns the economic guarantees and principles to the fundamentals of the constitutional system. Together they form such a notion as “the fundamentals of constitutional economics”. Effective economic development largely depends on the implementation of constitutional guarantees and principles as the basic value guidelines that are not implemented in full.
