The main principles of contractual relationships

The author studies the principles of building up contractual relationships. A special emphasis is put on the principles of ethics, contractual equifinality etc., which have not been much considered in academic writing before. The author proves that legal mechanisms of systemic operations are often considered not the most important in transactions.
