This article addresses a pressing issue concerning the use of physical force, special equipment, and firearms by police officers in their official duties to maintain law and order and public safety in our modern society. It analyzes the legal framework governing the use of force against offenders and criminals who actively resist and disobey the lawful orders of police officers. It examines the principles governing the use of force by police officers against offenders, as defined by Federal Law No. 3-FZ "On Police" of February 7, 2011.
