Main problems of transport infrastructure development in St. Petersburg and possible ways of their solving

The article deals with the problems of St. Petersburg transport infrastructure including insufficient number of bridges and tunnels crossing the Neva River; lack of modern highways; undeveloped relations between different parts of the city, etc. Authors offer ways of improving the situation, which can be used in the new Master Plan of St. Petersburg.
