Key virtualization technologies and approaches to its integration into the architecture of infrastructure solutions

The article analyzes the existing virtualization technologies, the basic types of virtualization and approaches to its integration into the architecture of infrastructure solutions. The advantages and disadvantages of different types of virtualization are compared and presented in a convenient graphical form, the main differences between virtualization, simulation and emulation are highlighted. The article makes a conclusion that the division of one physical machine into several virtual machines allows the most effective use of available resources of computer systems, reduce costs and increase the efficiency of work.
