Main types of staff loyalty

The article considers the basic models and types of staff loyalty. The criteria for identifying the types of staff loyalty are defined. Nine types of staff loyalty are proposed, which are determined on the basis of the loyalty matrix formed by the perceived and behavioral characteristics of the employee's loyalty. For each type of loyalty of personnel, its content, behavior and possible actions of the enterprise are stated.
