Social partnership as a key area of regulation of labor relations in modern economic conditions

The article examines the features of state regulation of social and labor relations in the Russian Federation. It has been revealed that, despite the existence of many regulatory legal acts, the regulatory system often turns out to be inadequate to the rapidly changing conditions of the labor market, which leads to a discrepancy between current legislation and the real needs of employees and employers. It is proved that the existing problems in the field of state regulation of labor relations do not allow the full use of the existing economic potential of the country and maximize the productivity of workers and the efficiency of business entities in general.
