The article is devoted to the issues of designing a system of motivation of staff of credit organizations. The main trends of working with staff in Russian banks are revealed. The components of the material and non-material motivation of the staff of credit organizations are determined. Recommendations on the development of an effective system of motivation of staff of credit organizations are given, taking into account the experience of leading Russian banks.
