The main objectives of general education in the context of globalization

The modern world is described increasingly by such an attribute as globalization. This social process requires consolidation and management of economic, social, educational, cultural levels as a single unit. At the same time the globalization deepens relations and interdependency in all the spheres of the international community and makes it possible to develop them in the world arena. On the ground of the national and universal values the article summarizes contents of the primary, secondary and high levels of general education. The author discusses the problems of the general education in the conditions of globalization. The respective guidelines are given in the paper.
