The bases of property estimation in the real sector of the economy: methodological approaches

This article covers following methodological approaches: profitable, market, and the cost to estimation of enterprise’s property cost. The estimation and management of enterprise cost is the most important tool for regulating property relations in a market economy. The evaluation of real sector property assumes a complex review of the tangible and intangible assets of the enterprise, human resources potential, business management system which developed for date of assessment of profitability indicators.
