Fundamentals of organization and features of accounting in budgetary institutions

The article reveals the basics of the organization of budgetary institutions and features of accounting. The requirements for accounting in budgetary institutions are given and the distinctive features of accounting in budgetary institutions of legal nature are considered. Also in this article the structure of formation of the plan of accounts of the budget accounting is studied and bases of the organization are described.
