Fundamentals and trends of the contemporary legal policy of Ukraine

This article considers implementation and areas of the contemporary legal policy of Ukraine. The undertaken study suggests that the legal policy in Ukraine is put into effect. But being in a state of transition from the authoritarian and totalitarian social structure to the democratic rule of law, and in the future - to the civil society, the country must decide on the main priorities of the implementation and development of the current legal policy. The subject matter under consideration is of the many-sided nature.
