Basis of the legal status of the mediator in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union

The main provisions of the legislation determining the legal status of mediators in the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union are analyzed. The system of core legislation, the definition of a mediator, the requirements for the person carrying out this activity, the rights and obligations of the mediator are considered. Particular attention is paid to the problem of bringing to justice those who act as a mediator.
