Fundamentals of crime prevention in Russia and the Kyrgyz Republic: comparative analysis of individual provisions of laws

Prevention of offenses is a priority task of any civilized legal state, the solution of which is implemented, including through regulatory regulation. The author of the article, focusing on the similarity of the main provisions of the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic and Russia regulating the basics of the prevention of legal violations, draws attention to some fundamental differences. The system of crime prevention, approaches to understanding preventive activities are considered, the author’s opinion on the role of education in this process is stated, the concepts of antisocial and antisocial behavior are compared. An assessment of victimological prevention measures is given. Signs of possible hidden threats contributing to external interference in the internal affairs of the state have been identified.
