Fundamentals of the implementation of property rights in digital ecosystems: conceptual issues

The nature and conditions of organization of economic interaction in the system of social production always reveal the epistemological basis of the subject of research of economic theory, which is in continuous search for the most optimal forms of implementation of property relations. The qualitative component of the transformation of the system of private property interests at this stage is their digital modulation, the conceptual architectonics of which is revealed using the methods of formal logic and dialectics, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, analogy and comparison. The paper considers the concept of digital property, from the point of view of a special regime for the implementation of property rights in the digital ecosystem, revealing a new potential for economic cooperation in the field of resource distribution, which are a dynamic factor in socio-economic development. This study considers the methodological aspects of the specification of property rights in the context of the formation of ecosystem models for the joint creation of market value. The article defines the essential characteristics of digital property objects, on the basis of which the institutional and structural characteristics of a digital transaction are substantiated from the point of view of increasing the value of joint assets. The basic conditions and forms of progressive cooperation in ecosystems are considered from the point of view of the capitalization of digital assets within the framework of special conditions for the implementation of property rights.
