Bases of the homogenesis's theory of emergency situations

Attempt of justification of the theory considering an origin of all emergency situations only because of the person becomes. A number of circumstances in confirmation of this opinion is given. The huge importance of high culture of health and culture of healthy and safe activity of the person, especially developments of his spirituality and moral, for full eradication of emergency situations on Earth is shown.
